This terracotta handi-shaped bowl is reminiscent of the vessels used to slow cook lentils on wood fires in the ancestral homes. The bowl is glazed on the inside, making it reusable, washable and food safe. While this handi cannot be used for cooking, it is perfect to store daal or curry warm for longer periods due to its unique shape. The handi comes with a sheesham lid and a woven jute base. The woven jute base allows for the handi to be slightly tilted to get every last morsel out.
