How long will it take for my items to arrive?

  • Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Depending on your location within India, your order should reach you within 5 to 12 business days.

How do I track my order?

  • No, we do not typically provide international shipping. However, please feel free to send us your order requirements at, and we will reply within 3-5 business days to confirm if we are able to accommodate your request and the shipping charges.

If I cancel my order, how will I get my refund?

  • After order cancellation, the money will be rolled back to your card/bank account within 7-10 working days post refund initiation. Please email us your bank account details so we can start the process.
  • If you are returning the goods for any reason, the amount will be transferred back to you after we receive the goods back in the warehouse. 

 How can I exchange my order?

  • Exchange requests shall only be fulfilled if the product has undergone transit damage, breakage, or demonstrates a functional defect contrary to the promised product as shown on our website
  • To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product
  • To initiate the exchange process, please send an email to with pictures, and description of the defect

  • Cost of shipping has to be borne by the customer. If the goods are lost in return, it is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend that you insure your return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for products that are lost in transit.
  • Please ensure all goods are in the original packing. It is important that you send it back in the original packing so chances of damages are minimised. 
  • We shall try our best to fulfill your exchange request with the same product. In case the same product is sold out or not in stock, we shall inform you of the same and may offer you a refund, for which credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Will the GST amount be refunded in cases I return/cancel my order?

  • Yes, the entire GST amount will be refunded in case of cancellation/return.  


I did not receive an invoice. What should I do?

  • You will receive a printed tax invoice with your package  when it is delivered to you. If you would like us to email the invoice to you, please reply back on your order confirmation email or send a request to Don’t forget to mention your order number. 

Can you provide a GST invoice against my online purchase?

  • Yes, definitely. Please email us at with your order number, billing name, registered address and your GST number. Please note the following points about GST invoices:
    • 1) GST invoice can be given before the 10th of the succeeding month in which your purchase was made (e.g. for a purchase made in the month of December we can issue a GST invoice only till 10th January). So please put in your request in time.
    • 2) If the customer lives within Haryana, the customer must have a GST number starting with 06 -  otherwise even if we issue a GST invoice the customer will not be able to take credit if the GST number does not start with 06. This is as per the government GST rules under "Place of Supply".

  • We will try to accommodate your request if we still have the package in our possession. If it has already been handed over to the courier company, it won’t be possible.
